Intro to Brainwaves

I just felt like I want to talk about our brainwaves.
Brainwaves are tiny oscillated electrical voltages in the brain; each wave is just a few millionths of a volt.
Your brain is a frequency generator, every thought has a frequency and we can measure a thought , In an experiment they connected bio-feedback systems with someone's brain and they showed him a picture and measured the response of his brain to this picture, then they removed the pic and asked him to imagine the pic in his mind, when he did they found the SAME feedback from his brain as if he's seeing it.
Another experiment that they connect bio-feedback systems to athletes and asked them to run their events in their mind, Incredibly, the same muscles fired, in the same sequence as if they're really racing in the field.
So every state of mind or body has a frequency.
Scientists made lots of researches and categorized them into 4 main states (Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta). These brainwave changes through the day and your actions.

Beta

Concentration
Cognition

Beta waves ranges from 13-40 HZ
Beta state correlates with peak concentration, heightened alertness, eye-hand coordination and visual acuity.
When your brain is in Beta activity you're wide awake, alert. Your mind is sharp, focused.
You're able to do any work that require your full attention.
People who have ADD/ADHD are treated with stuff to move their brains to Beta state.

Alpha

The Zone
Calmness
Visualization
Creativity
Flow

Alpha waves range from between 7-12 HZ
When you're truly calm and awake then you're in "The Zone", your awareness expands and flows with creative energy.
Fear and anxieties that may existed in predominantly Beta state will dissolve into courageous clarity in Alpha state.
This brainwave states help you to tap your creativity, solve difficult problems, discover new approaches and practice creative visualization.
Alpha offers you mental clarity with the tranquility essential with your health and well-being.
In the lower range of Alpha (7-8 HZ) you can access the wealth of creativity that lies just below your conscious awareness.
The range of (7.5 - 8.5 HZ) is known as the Schumann Resonance which is the resonant frequency of the earth's electromagnetic field.
When your brain resonates with at this point you've placed your mind in true harmony with life.
This state also known as Super Learning and creative problem solving state.

Theta

Theta waves range between (4 - 8 HZ).
Theta is the realm of the smoldering subconscious and the semi-conscious gateway to the mysterious unconscious.
It is the state we're in while dreaming and right as we awaken from a dream.
It is full of vivid imagery, rejected psychic material, flashes of insight and inspiration of genius.
Also Theta has been identified as the area of long-term learning and memory. Theta meditation enhances learning capacity, reduces stress and awaken intuition and other extra sensory perception skills (we'll talk about the ESP later).

This is why deep sleep is essential to the physical healing process.
Delta is the brainwave signal of the unconscious. if you want to access your unconscious activity you may need to meditate so deeply.

عن العيسوية أحدثكم

بعد انقطاع دام تلات أيام عن النت بسبب الشركة منهم لله طقت في دماغي مجموعة أفكار لكتابات بس نسيتها كلها كالعادة في مغامراتي مع الـADD
عموماً قلت أكتب لكم عن أحد أفكار الحزب اللي عاوزين نعمله و هي العيسوية
يعني إيه عيسوية ؟
فاكرين فيلم "يا رب ولد" بتاع فريد شوقي و كريمة مختار و سمير غانم و أحمد راتب لما كانوا متجوزين بنات فريد شوقي
في الفيلم كان أحمد راتب إسمه "عيسوي" و كان مش بيستحمى نهائي لأنه راجل فنان و معندوش وقت للحموم



و من هنا جت فكرة العيسوية اللي تبناها الحزب الفهيمي
طبعاً كلكوا بتكرهوا العيسوية أو على الأقل بتتجنبوهم (علشان الريحة مثلاً)
بس يا جماعة فكروا زي العيسوية و حطوا نفسكوا مكانهم

على عكس الإعتقاد السائد بإن العيسوية عندهم فوبيا الحموم فإن العيسوية بيحبوا النظافة جداً بس المشكلة هنا انهم شايفين ان الإستحمام مضيعة للوقت و من المفروض إستغلال الوقت ده في حاجات مفيدة أكتر
يعني واحد زي عيسوي في الفيلم كان بيستغل الوقت في التأمل علشان لوحاته الفهيمة اللي بيرسمها
واحد زيي كتير جداً مش بارضى أستحمى لو ورايا شغل أو حاجة باتعلمها أو أي حاجة محتاجة كل وقتي

أيوة ساعات بافضل كتير من غير أكل أو باكل و انا قاعد باشتغل أو باتعلم الحاجات اللي باعملها و ربنا يخليلي أختي بتعملي سندوتشات و شاي فهيم و كمان ممكن افضل أيام من غير نوم.

و مش كده كمان هتلاقي إن كتير من العيسوية بيكسلوا حتى يلبوا نداء الطبيعة و ساعات انا بافضل قاعد ماسك نفسي على الأقل لغاية ما أخلص آخر حاجة بافكر فيها في الشغل اللي بأعمله (قبل ما أنسى) و علشان كده أول أما أخلص باطلع أجري علشان ألبي الندا.



بعد مناقشات مع أحد عمداء العيسوية و الفكر العيسوي في المحروسة : الأخ بسام و بالمرة هو استحمى إمبارح بعد تلات أسابيع من العيسوية المطلقة وصلنا إلي إقتراح لدمج أفكارنا الفهيمية مع أفكارنا العيسوية لإنشاء حزب وهمي يقوم على أسس فهيمية عيسوية مشتركة

طبعاً أنا لسه ما اتكلمتش عن الفهيمية بس دي فلسفة عميقة شويتين لدرجة إني مش عارف أعبر عنها بالكلام بس باحاول أوصل لأبسط جمل ممكن أكتب بيها بوست فهيم عن الفهيمية.

عاوزين أجيال من العيسوية يفكروا و يحلموا و يبتكروا

بإستطلاع آراء بعض بنات مصر أفادن جميعاً بإن البنت بتكره جداً الشاب العيسوي
مش عارف ليه يعني ده حتى العيسوية كلهم عباقرة أدباء و علماء و مثقفين و فنانين و فلاسفة

للأسف الشديد المجتمع عندنا بيحارب العيسوية بمنتهى التعنت يعني مثلاً:

في تانية ثانوي كان عندنا في الفصل واحد عيسوي و كان المدرس كل أما يشوفه يقوله "روح إستحمى يله" و غير كده كان بيعامله وحش و يتريق عليه و كذلك الطلاب.
و الطالب المسكين للأسف حاول يستحمى تحت الضغوط الممارسة عليه في البيت و المدرسة و لأنه جديد على الحموم المياه اللي كان بيستحمى بيها كانت سخنة زيادة عن اللزوم وجزء من وشه اتصاب و عمل عملية ترقيع جلد.

في الكلية السنة دي في واحد عيسوي في الدفعة و المشكلة انه باين عليه العيسوية جداً و سايب شعره طويل و منعكش قوي بحيث ان اللي قاعد وراه في أي محاضرة مستحيل يشوف منه و علشان كده محدش بيقعد وراه (يعني الطلبة بتتصرف)
المهم ان الشاب ده كان داخل محاضرة متأخر ، الدكتور ساب كل الطلاب يدخلوا إلا هو!
و أول أما شافه طلع يجري و قاله: "والله ما هاتدخل، ده أنا مستني أي موقف يحصل زي كده علشان أوريك"
الشاب سأله بمنتهى البراءة: "ليه يا دكتور؟ أنا عاوز أحضر"
الدكتور: " على جثتي، روح إحلق و تعالى"

فين لجان حقوق الإنسان ؟، فين المساواة بين الناس ؟

بالطبع كل واحد فيكم مرت فترة في حياته كان فيها عيسوي و إوعى حد يقول لأ، إفتكر شوية و هتلاقي كلامي مظبوط

what is a Geek, Nerd, and how they're different ?

Once upon a time I was talking to one of those "closed-minded" people, I mentioned that we're geeks when we were talking about life styles and stuff, he asked me about what a geek and I started to explain what is a geek, this question surprised me coz it was the first time I talk to a geek and he doesn't know what it means, Anyway.

I explaned the meaning to him and gave him some exmaples and stuff.
After some days he said to me:
"I'm not a geek, I'm a muslim!!! and I don't believe in such definitions. The human is a human, not a geek"

LMAO, I was about to fall from the chair laughing.
Hey geeks, don't worship PCs this is "kufr"

Q: What is a Nerd ?
A: A Nerd is an intellegent person fascinated by knowledge and learning just becoz he loves to learn to feed his curiosity, means that he doesn't do this for fame, money or degrees.
These stuff came afterwards and most nerds put them in the secong place.
A Nerd brain has extremely active logic center but his imagination center is underperforming.
Most nerds are altruistic, so if you ask them for help they'll do in a clear nerdy way.

Most nerds don't think to use thier knowledge, they just accumulate it.


Q: What is a Geek ?
A: A Geek is a person who is fascinated by technology.
Not only that, many geeks go out, watch movies, read fiction books and stuff.
A geek's brain has active both logic and imagination centers.
On the contrary of nerds, most geeks are selfish, if you ask them for help they may ask you for money or anything instead, or not give you the info you ask for in a clear geeky way.
They may explain the concepts to you and let you search by yourself to discover, or give you a starting key, they hate to give you the knowledge clearly like feeding a child with a spoon.

Geeks use thier knowledge and apply they skills in their daily life.

Both nerds and geeks find it hard to concentrate on the same activity or subject for too long, this called attention deficit (we'll talk about it later).
Nerds who overcome this attention deficit can become famous in academic positions, as most of these positions require the nerd to work in the same field for many years.

Because of this attention deficit, nerds and geeks find it hard communicating with their social enviroment, but geeks have social contacts more than nerds.

Its common to find nerds with geeky side and also to find some intellegent geeks with nerdy characteristics such as special interenst in sciences.

Usually nerds are more intelligent than geeks.

Although nerds and geeks have many similarities, they often dislike each other, but they know clearly that they can enrich themselves via their interaction.

Normal culture (mainstream culture) hates both nerds and geeks subcultures, normal societies accuse these subcultures of being isolated, weird and they're supressed and may be dangerous on their communities, but after the emergence of computers socity has to accept geeks out of necessity becoz of their technologoical skills, but they still against nerds.

Whatever the society thinks of them, both nerds and geeks are proud of what they are.

Ok, I think you now know the diffenrence, let's talk about nerds and geeks in Egypt.
In Egypt, most nerds seek knowledge to get graduated with high rates, also to get degrees like Master degrees or PhD to make them respected in their socity(the scoity only respects two types of people, those who earns big money in the first place and in the second place those who have academic degrees).
Back to nerds in egypt:
Mainly they don't understand what they learn, they just memorize it, like when you fill a bucket with something, the bucket doesn't know whether it is full of water or sh*t.
After graduation. If they continue and work in academic stuff, they find it hard to explain the knowledge they "learned" which they don't understand clearly to the students, so they give them loads of stuff to study to force them to memorize too and to prevent any chance that these students may find some free time to have any other activity which they may master.
And after that, they may force thier children to go study in colleges they work in, and after some years their sons will be teachers too even if they don't have what it takes to be a teacher (academic or scentific), why ?, becoz his father/mother is a teacher in this college (inheritance).
And the chain starts again.

For geeks, Most Egyptians who have PCs think of themselves as geeks and they wanna to show that they're masters in geeking and stuff, especially to their friends and families.
So what they can do ?
They seek the internet for Open-Source applications and games, download them and recompile them after putting thier name instead of the original author, or may change some colors or styles if they were smarter, without reading even a single line from the code.

They amaze their friends from the "amazing" work they did, and also they start to tell them some tech tips and tricks about the PC which will make you laugh loudly if you hear any of them (I'll make a section especially for these tips and tricks I heared in the last 7 years) and thier friends believe them. Not only that, their friends spread these tips for others, and so on.

I think if you live in Egypt, you must have met someone like those I talked about, bunch of liars, closed-minded and hypocrites people.
